Are your glazes lead free?

Because all of our glazes are designed and produced here in our studio, we can guarantee no
contaminates such as lead are in any of our glazes.

Do your vases hold water?

Because our pottery his all high fire, it is stronger and less prone to surface chips than low-fire pottery
more common in mass production pottery. The down side is that high fire is also more porous than low
fire pieces and can "sweat". This being said, our pieces do hold water and we use them regularly here at
Lonesomeville. We recommend, however, that water not be left standing in a piece without sitting it on a
tile coaster or cloth runner as a protective layer between the vase and wooden furniture.

How much is the shipping cost?

We have only a FLAT RATE of $15 for any order, either if you order 1 piece or more.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we gladly ship to Canada. There is an additional $20 charge to cover international shipping fees.

Is your showroom in Portland open to the public?

Yes, our showroom in Portland is open 10am to 5pm seven days a week by appointment. Just give us a
call ahead to time to make sure we haven’t wandered off to the local coffee shop again. The Gardens of
Lonesomeville are open May through October every year.

How long does it take to receive shipment?

Because we have examples of all our designs and glazes in our showroom, most orders generally ship
within a week. If, by chance, the piece is not in stock, we will ship your order within three weeks.
